Description Parameters

Description

Steels: 2.4817, 2.4851, 1.4876, 1.4941, special steel joints for CrNi 25/35 castings with higher carbon content with steel 1.4859 and 1.4876 in petrochemical plants with temperature up to +900°C. Very tough weld resistant to hot cracks, not susceptible to embrittlement at high temperatures. Refractory, resistant to corrosion, opal, thermal shock. Welding: hold the electrode perpendicular to the material, with very little oscillation, fill the end crater carefully. Interpass temperature 150 °C. Approvals:TÜV, KTA, ABS, BV, DNV GL. Current: DC (+). Diameters: 2,0mm, 2,5mm, 3,2mm, 4,0mm, 5,0mm.
