The Uranos 1500 is an extremely compact welding power supply with an innovative design. It is extremely easy to use, practical and immediately ready to work at full capacity. The Uranos 1500 is intuitive and easy to use for both the professional and the beginner. The technology used, which perfectly controls the current, has a linear progression and thus ensures an extremely stable welding arc. The technology results in a very high quality weld and improved generator performance. The device has features such as Hot-start, Arc-Force and Anti-Sticking.Hot-Start : a function in which the starting current is increased at the start of welding to allow the electrode to melt immediately and thus ensure a smooth start of the welding phase.Arc-Force : activates an automatic current increase that prevents the electrode from sticking to the workpiece with a blinding effect. This feature also protects the electrode holder where overheating does not occur.Anti Sticking : a function that is activated approximately 1 second after Arc-Force. The manifestation of this feature significantly limits the power available to enable electrode decoupling.Field of application: light steel structures, medium steel structures, construction site work, shipbuilding work, machinery and production equipment manufacturing, production in the petrochemical industry, routine and special maintenance, assembly in poorly accessible locations, craft applications, bodywork, construction plumbers, locksmiths and machine shops.
