UTP LEDURIT 65 is suitable for highly abrasion-resistant cladding of parts exposed to extreme slip mineral abrasion even at elevated temperatures up to 500°C. The extremely high abrasion resistance is achieved by the very high content of special carbides (Mo, V, W , Nb). The main areas of application are surface treatments on earthmoving equipment, working parts in the cement and brick industries, as well as in steel mills for radial hammers and rotary screens of agglomeration plants. UTP LEDURIT 65 has uniform droplet transfer in the spray arc. Generally, no finishing by grinding is necessary. Recovery approx. 265 %. Minimum mechanical properties of the weld metal Hardness of the pure weld metal approx. 65 HRC 1 layer on steel with C = 0,15 % approx. 58 HRC 1 layer on steels with high Mn content approx. 55 HRCMaterial data sheet.
