High alloy coated MMA electrode with rutile cladding. For heterogeneous (transition) joints (e.g. steel and stainless steel) and special applications. High alloy, stainless steel coated welding electrode with a yield strength of 440 MPa. In-core alloyed, low carbon austenitic electrode with rutile cladding. Due to the increased proportion of ferrite in the weld, high crack resistance when welding steels less suitable for welding, austenitic-ferritic joints and cladding. Particularly nice welds, excellent AC weldability, self-cleaning slag. Designed for operating temperatures from -60 to +300 °C, up to +400 °C for cladding. The electrode is an economical variant to the FOX CN 23/12-A type. Joining welds - combination of structural, fine grain and refinable steels with high alloy Cr and CrNi(Mo) steels, manganese steel welds. Cladding - the first layer of chemically resistant cladding of steam boilers and pressure vessels from ferritic-perlitic steels to fine-grained S500N, as well as heat-resistant steels 22NiMoCr4-7, 20MnMoNi5-5 and GS-18NiMoCr3-7.Material sheet (pdf)
