In one single movement, the machine can cut up to 2.6 m/min (8.5 ft/min). For 12 mm (1/2") width in workpieces with tensile strength Rm ? 392 MPa (57,000 psi). The maximum bevel width is 14 mm (9/16"). Depending on the material, two or more cycles are required. Bevel angles including 30° (standard) and with optional angle changing devices also 22.5°, 25°, 35°, 37.5° or 45°.The machine can be able to bevel plates from top to bottom or vice versa. If the milling tool gets stuck in the material and the chamfering cannot continue, the direction of rotation of the tool can be reversed to separate the machine from the workpiece. There is no need to wear acoustic protection equipment as the noise caused by the machine does not exceed 70 dB.
