Elbor-ECO (bronze) welding wires are manufactured using selected rods from their chemical properties. The surface is covered with BRONZE. A special coating with specific concentrations of alloying steel base elements allows the use of ECO (Bronze) wires with a maximum power density of up to 25-30% compared to conventional copper wire. The special manufacturing process and the smaller amount of copper on the ECO (Bronze) wire surface eliminates spatter. The user will experience a significant reduction in consumable wear, which will reduce costs and increase welding productivity.
